Document Description
The US Army Reserve has proposed to replace, as needed, broken piles and fenders at Piers 22 and 23 of their training center on Mare Island, next to Mare Island Strait in the City of Vallejo. The Project will replace any timbers that may become damaged or deteriorted over the course of time. Equipment will be operated from the pier and a barge. New piles and fenders will be made of wood treated with ammoniacal copper zinc arsenate.
