An agreement between the City of Thousand Oaks and Miller Brothers Investment, LLC regarding how the City will process a series of development applications filed by Miller Brothers Investment, LLC, Operating Engineers Funds, Inc. and Shapell Industries, Inc. as part of a development rights transfer proposal which, if approved, will result in the City obtaining Specific Plan 7, Planning Unit 2 (the Western Plateau) as public open space and resolving outstanding litigation between the City and Miller Brothers Investment, LLC. No assurances as to any future entitlements or approvals have been given by the City regarding such development applications. Each of these development applications as part of the development rights transfer proposal will have full environmental analysis in compliance with CEQA.
