Document Description
The project includes grading approximately 0.61 acre of vacant hillside property, including the movement of approximately 4,325 cubic yards of earth to adjust site
slopes and to create a flat construction area. The grading is for a future single-family residence and associated site improvements, on Lot 4 of the Sorroko Master Plan and Land Division which was approved by the Marin County Board of Supervisors on October 21, 2008. The master plan identified building envelopes for future residential development of the lots as well as the locations of driveway access. An Environmental Impact Report was prepared and subsequently certified by the Board of Supervisors for the “proposed project” which evaluated an overall, 5-lot development project (4 lots and 1 remainder lot).
