Document Description
The project is the construction, in downtown Oakland, of a high school to which the existing Dewey Alternative High School will be relocated. The project comprises about 1.82 acres and contains a parking lot, three temporary buildings, areas of turf and a city street that will be vacated. The high school would house up to 250 students and 17 faculty and staff. The total size of the facility would be 23,520 square feet and consist of 15 relocatable buildings. A basketball court also would be provided.
