Document Description
The purpose of the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is to provide realistic solutions to circulation/transportation systems deficiencies and needs on a countywide level. Achieving this objective will provide for more efficient use of limited fiscal resources, logical expansion of services when and where needed, help combating particulate matter emissions, help reducing traffic congestion and providing for maintenance of the existing high quality environment of the county.
