The proposed project is a 21-acre park located in the Laguna Stonelake Community in Sacramento County. The park would include a lighted Babe Ruth Baseball field with soccer overlay, a lighted soccer field, a softball field with soccer overlay, a tot lot with shade structure, a picnic area with shade structure, an approximately 675-square-foot restroom facility, a 150-space parking lot, turf, trees, and landscaping. The park would be operated on a turn-key basis in accordance with a development agreement between the developer (AKT Development Corporation) and the Elk Grove Community Services District.
