Current General Plan designation is A-G, Agricultural-General (40 Acre Density) and zoning is "AG", Exclusive Agriculture. The property is currently under a California Land Conservation Act contract on which a vineyard, winery and tasting facility have been developed.
Electrical permit for a winery process wastewater disposal facility being constructed to collect and dispose of the effluent generated by the wine making process. The disposal facility consists of a collection system wherein the wastewater is clarified, then pumped to a constructed wetland and storage pond, and finally discharged to the surrounding land through irrigation.
