Document Description
This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit exemption 16.4 acres ot timberland from Forest Practice Act tree stocking (tree planting) requirements. The permittee is subject to the constraints contained in the application and plan, the conversion permit, the timber harvesting plan and supporting documentation. Prior to commencement of timber operations, the permittee shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal codes, ordinances or other regulations and shall obtain all necessary approvals. The area was rezoned from Forestry to Residential Multi-Family (RMF). Zoning will remain RMF following the removal of forest growth for development of employee housing.
