Document Description
Proposal to update the City's Comprehensive Annexation Plan (CAP), most recently adopted in 1992. The update will consist primarily of revisions to information such as recent annexations, revised population projections, the status of existing and projected service capacities and public facilities and vacant lands that have been absorbed since 1992. The near term planned annexation list is revised to include the Rice-McMurtry and Quinn-Ellsworth areas.
