Document Description
The operator proposes to install a reclaimed water line from the Soscol Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to various locations within its jurisdiction. The project proposes to cross four tributaries to the Napa River: Soscol Creek, an unnamed tributary to Soscol Creek, Bedford Slough, and Asylum Slough in Napa County. The first crossing is under Soscol Creek being done by jack and bore. The second crossing will be done by open cut trench within a gravel access road. The third crossing is of Bedford Slough, a manmade drainage channel that empties into the Napa River. This crossing will be done by jack and bore. The fourth crossing will be accomplished by horizontal directional drilling. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0078 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Tim Healy/Napa Sanitation District.
