This document addresses the potential impacts of the installation of six (6) pipeline sections. The sections are part of the Napa Sanitation District's Reclaimed Water Distribution Pipeline. This document is tiered from the "NSD/ACCWD Sewer System Master Plan Program Environmental Impact Report" (EIR) prepared by the Napa Sanitation District in 1991. The impacts of the entire distribution system are discussed in the EIR.
