Document Description
The project is a Village Plan for the Seacliff Special Community. If adopted, it would become part of the General Plan/Local Coastal Program. The plan is organized into three sections: land use, circulation, and design. The Plan, as conceptually approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 22, 2001, describes the existing land uses, recommends changing the land use designation and/or zoning on five parcels, provides for reduced parking requirements for commercial uses, and sets out various circulation improvements and design criteria.
