The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The project proposes stream enhancement and rehabilitation activities associated with the conversion of an industrial site from log chip manufacturing to rock aggregate processing and materials storage and handling. Project includes removal of two culverts and associated road fill and related stream and channel enhancement structures at Hall Creek and an unnamed tributary to Hall Creek, Humboldt County.
