Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Stream Alteration Agreement, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code, to the project applicant, Picayune Rancheria of the Chuckansi Indians. The applicant proposes (1) placement of a culvert where the new access road crosses an ephermeral stream. Soil fill will be used to cover the crossing, and erosion control measures shall be implemented. (2) Approximately 15 feet of length will be added to the two existing culverts to facilitate the widening of State Highway 41. A retaining wall will be constructed. (3) Reconstruction of the spillway on the stock pond. The pond's beam will be raised by three feet to accommodate increased storm runoff from 10 and 100-year peak flows.
