California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA#R5-2001-0383) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jim Manion representing Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of an unnamed drainage, tributary to Buena Vista Creek to accommodate the construction of Lowe's Home Improvement Center, impacting 0.10 acre of streambed. The project includes filling the drainage and the demolition of an existing church and apartment complex on-site.
