The current City of Greenfield General Plan designations for the site are "Residential Reserve" and "Low Density Residential". The current zoning for the 20 acres located within the existing Sphere of Influence is Light Industrial. The current land uses is agriculture with several scattered residential units.
Document Description
The project consists of 100 acres of primarily undeveloped farmland that is proposed for annexation into the City of Greenfield. 80 acres of the site are also proposed to be included into the City's Sphere of Influence. The annexation process proposes to re-designate the project site to Low Density Residential in the City's General Plan and zone it to R-1, with Planned Development Overlay. The principal uses being considered are single-family residential, multi-family residential, public park uses, and a school.
