The proposed project consists of the construction, operation, and maintenance of an approximately 3-mile long concrete-lined drainage facility located along the San Bernardino/Riverside County Line. The proposed channel will provide 100-year flood protection to existing public roads, utilities, and agricultural operations by collecting overland sheet flows from the City of Ontario and County of San Bernardino watersheds and discharging them into the Cucamonga Creek Channel.
