Document Description
In the 1960s, Northrop built an aircraft sub-assembly manufacturing plant on this site. Groundwater is contaminated with volatile organic compounds from the operation. The operator proposes to expedite the cleanup of the contaminated groundwater by using a molasses solution. The six month in site reactive zone pilot test will involve injection of molasses into ground water.
