Document Description
The applicant proposes to retain the existing seven-story bank building and the retail frontage of the parking structure. The remaining two commercial buildings and parking structure will be demolished and replaced with 4 residential/commercial buildings and 3 levels of underground parking, with a total of 304 residential units, 13,536 sf of retail/restaurant use, and 1,350 parking spaces. The retail frontage of the parking structure will be converted to a leasing office and recreation facilities for the residential tenants. Access to subterranean parking will be provided from North El Molino Avenue and East Union Street, while loading access will be provided from North Madison Avenue and North El Molino Avenue.
