Document Description
The proposed projects consist of construction of a 215,000 gross sf building that would provide state-of-the-art research facilities supporting partnerships among academic institutions and industry leaders in the field of telecommunications and information technology. The second component of the project involves the provision of utilities improvements primarily under existing roadways, walkways, and landscape areas through the West Campus. Six buildings will be demolished and/or relocated to clear the utility corridor in University Center. The project would provide approximately 600 feet of potable water and sewer piping under Voigt Drive north of Warren College. High temperature hot water and chilled water piping would be installed in two locations to provide service to Warren College. Electrical feeder would be extended 4,000 feet west along Voigt Drive from the existing tunnel under Interstate 5.
