The proposed project would provide for the use of natural gas as a supplement to the on-site landfill gas in order to fully utilize the 13 MW capacity of PVERG. No additional on-site or off-site infrastructure would be required. The faciltiy would continue to operate within the currently permitted emission limitations specified by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD).
