Document Description
The proposed Carnevale project involves the development of a duplex containing one three-bedroom unit and one one-bedroom unit. A four-car subterranean garage would be constructed to serve project residents and visitors. Development would occur on about 6,000 square feet of the property that lies outside the Environmentally Sensitive Habitat (ESH) zone and is within all property lines. The project also includes landscaping and restoration and enhancement of the riparian corridor.
