Document Description
The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately twenty acres of land into 28 single family residential lots generally located on the west side of Trautwein and Wood Roads, south of Berry Road and north of Moss Road. The subject property, was recently annexed, under Annexation 90. The project will require installation of full infrastructure to serve this currently unimproved property. The lots will be served by Moss, Wood and Berry Roads, the latter being improved as a part of this project. Substantial grading will also occur during this project to facilitate the construction of a street system and proposed residential units.
