Document Description
The County of San Bernardino Office of Special Districts (County) operates the County Service Area 70 (CSA 70) Improvement Zone L (Zone L) water system that provides domestic water service to customers in Zone L. Special Districts has determined that a new reservoir is required to provide an adequate supply of water to the westerly portion of Zone L. Special Districts is proposing to develop the reservoir on County owned land and connect the water production facilities by pipeline to the existing Zone L facilities.
