The project is a proposed expansion of an interstate pipeline system that runs from Wyoming to California (CA). Proposed facilities include: approximately 716 miles of 36- and 42-inch-diameter pipeline (including 185 miles within CA), three new compression stations (none in CA), modifications to six existing compressor stations (1 in San Bernardino County, CA), and modifications to 5 existing meter stations (2 in San Benardino County and 1 in Kern County, CA).
