Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a Church Campus within a four building campus consisting of 200,000 square feet on 30 acres. The Campus is proposed to consist of a Community Center, Life Development Center with a Pre-school, Worship and Resource Center, Chapel and Facilities Service Building. The development is proposed for construction in four phases. The site would include 1,255 parking spaces, including 20 handicap spaces, and a landscaped plaza. The Church Campus will include a portion of the Phase 1 chapel building and the Main Workshop building (Phase 3) that will exceed the 35 foot height limit in the R-1 zone. The planned height on the structures of 45 feet will exceed the maximum height limit by 10 feet. The project is also proposing a grading variance to allow slopes in excess of 20 feet.
