Redlands Sports Park and Redlands Municipal Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Amendments
NOP - Notice of Preparation of a Draft EIR
Present Land Use
Current land use is citrus orchard and vacant land. Zoning is SP 32 (Specific Plan 32-Office/Industrial), IP (Industrial District), and A-1 (Agricultural District).
This is a supplement to the Notice of Preparation (SCH# 2001071022) circulated on May 22, 2002, which more fully describes the proposed project. The previous NOP indicated that the proposed multi-use area for the project was 21 acres, however, the correct acreage is 30. The total acreage for the proposed sports park is 45 acres. A 2,000 square foot maintenance building is also proposed in the multi-use area. There have been no other changes in the proposed sports park facilities.
