Document Description
Plot Plan No. 16937 is an application to construct five industrial warehouse buildings in five phases. The Phase "1" building consists of 811,907 square feet. Phase "1" also includes 396 standard parking spaces for cars, and eight handicapped parking spaces. Phase "2" consists of a 702,582 square foot building, 343 standard parking spaces, and eight handicapped parking spaces. Phase "3" consists of a 579,349 square foot building with 287 standard parking spaces and 7 handicapped parking spaces. The Phase 4 building is 119,808 square feet and includes 66 standard parking spaces and 3 handicapped parking spaces. Phase 5 consists of a 127,036 square foot building, 170 standard parking spaces and 3 handicapped parking spaces. The total square footage for the five buildings is 2,340,682 square feet, with a total of 1,293 parking spaces. The project also contains a total of 15.08 acres of landscaping.
