Document Description
The proposed project includes the demolition of an existing 1,783 square foot single story house with an attached 1,060 square foot flower shop, the demolition of a three-car carport, and the construction of a new one-story, retail building, consisting of approximately 5,200 square feet. The existing single family residence was constructed in 1903 with the florist shop and neon sign added in the 1930's. The proposed building will be located adjacent to the Lake Avenue frontage with 13 at grade on site parking spaces located just east of the retail building with access from Shoppers Lane.
