Document Description
The Headland Development and Conservation Plan (HDCP) proposes development of 125 single family residential lots, a maximum of 110,750 square feet of Visitor/Recreational Commercial land uses composed of a 65 room inn, and a 40,000 sq.ft. commerical site, at the corner of Green Lantern and Pacific Coast Highway. Other components of the project inlcude 30.3 acres of Conservation Open Space that have public safety constraints, environmental resources, and/or scenic value, and 31.7 acres of recreation open space that include a trail system, public parks, and a public beach, and a series of public recreation visitor facilities. On-site circulation and parking are provided for these uses. Vehicular access will occur through a new intersection at Pacific Coast Highway, an extension of Selva Road and Covel Road, and an extension of Street of the Green Lantern.
