Document Description
The project consists of a request for approval of a zone change, hillside management, and Tentative Tract Map (TTM) applications for an existing 78.60 acre site located along the east side of Rancho Viejo Road north of Ortega Highway. The proposed zone change application would re-designate the project site from the "AG" (General Agricultural) Zone District to the "PC" (Planned Community) Zone District and establish a Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) establishing an overall development plan and land use & development standards for the project site. The proposed hillside management application for the proposed mass grading and the development of subdivision streets and building pads on areas of the project site with existing, natural grades in excess of ten percent grade.
