The Draft Negative Declaration evaluates the potential impacts of three related development proposals located on two adjoining parcels in the Hollister Ranch (HR) Subdivision. These proposals include the construction of the Behunin single family dwelling on HR Parcel 103 (APN 083-690-021), the validation of the unpermitted Rottner/Behunin Shared Water System located on HR Parcel 103 and HR Parcel 101 (APN 083-6990-019), and the validation of the existing unpermitted Rottner Barn located on HR 101.
