Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#R3-2000-1257) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ernest Boitano / Shea Homes. The applicant proposes to impact a 2,441-foot reach of Fisher Creek. The upstream project reach will be filled and realigned. The downstream reach will also be realigned. The channel bottom will remain earthen. The channel sides will be lined with Geowebb and planted with native vegetation. Two 130-foot long culverts will be installed within the creek channel beneath Curry Street.
