Document Description
The following three (3) proposed projects, that have the potential to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the stream bed, channel, or bank of a watercourse (California Fish and Game Code, Section 1603), involve: 1) water drafting (seasonally between April 1 and October 15 in the year of operations) from a Class I watercourse (North Fork Ten Mile River), with an existing rocked access road; 2) water drafting (between April 1 and November 1 in the year of operations) from an existing water storage tank that is filled by drainage (temporary piping) from an adjacent spring (Bald Hills Creek, tributary to the North Fork Ten Mile River), with an adjacent existing rocked (permanent) logging road; and 3) water drafting (between April 1 and November 1 in the year of operations) from an existing water storage tank that is filled by drainage (temporary piping) from an adjacent Class II watercourse on Wages Creek, with an adjacent existing rocked (permanent) logging road.
