Document Description
The following five (5) proposed projects, that have the potential to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the streambed, channel, or bank of a watercourse (California Fish and Game Code, Section 1603), involve: 1) placing a temporary railcar bridge across Wages Creek for an existing appurtenant seasonal road class I watercourse crossing; 2) removal of ground vegetation for a class II watercourse temporary crossing over subterranean water flow; 3) and 4) installation of class II temporary culvert crossings on existing skid trails; 5) removing an existing Humboldt crossing on a class II watercourse followed by installing a 36-inch diameter culvert and fill for a seasonal road. All projects are associated with the Non Industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) 1-00NTMP-029 MEN.
