Document Description
The project proposes to construct a single-family residence on a 1.42 gross acre parcel. The property was rezoned in 1991 from S90 to the current A70 Use Regulation. A "D" designator was placed on the property to require site plan review, further review of on-site biological resources, noise and flooding. An open space easement was dedicated on the rear portion of the property to protect sensitive wetland habitat. The project will erect permanent fencing and signage along the boundary of the biological open space easement. The San Miguel Consolidated Fire District will provide fire service, Otay Water District will provide water and sewer service, and access will be gained by a driveway from Heatherwood Drive.
