Document Description
The project proposes to construct a driveway and building pad on 8.83 acres for a single-family dwelling. Biological and archaeological open space easements exist on the property for protection of significant resources discovered in surveys done for TM4712, Vista Esperanza Rancho Partnership. The biological open space easement exists over the whole of the property but allows for construction of one single family residence and clearing as mandated by fire protection district. Temporary fencing shall be erected during grading and construction for protection of the open space and all oaks will be avoided.
