Document Description
The project will include the installation of an 18-inch diameter corrugated metal storm drain pipe. The pipe will be installed by trenching through the north bank and daylighting near the channel bottom. Rock rip-rap, 8-inches to 12-inches in size, will be placed at the outlet to provide energy dissipation and bank stabilization. Work will be performed with an excavator from above the channel bank. The project will also include planting thirteen 15-gallon valley oaks and six 15-gallon western sycamore at or near the top of the north channel bank long Zinfandel Avenue. Trees will be irrigated until mature. Teasdale Creek is a seasonal stream with no known fish populations. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0315 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
