Document Description
Approval to increase the generating capacity of the Procter and Gamble facility by 8 to 10 megawatts which will result in a slight increase in the: hourly emission levels for oxides of nitrogen (NOx) for the combined cycle combustion turbine unit; hourly and daily emission levels for both NOx and reactive organic compounds (ROC) for the simple cycle combustion turbine unit and; quarterly mass emission levels for the facility as a whole. Further, the turnaround time for submitting annual air emission source test results will increase from 30 days to 60 days.
