Document Description
The Lucasfilm trail project will construct approximately four miles of new trail across the Grady and Big Rock Ranches north of Lucas Valley Road in Marin County. This trail is identified in the trail element of the Marin County General Plan, adopted in 1994.

Much of the Lucasfilm trail will be built by converting existing farm roads to trails, it is categorically exempt pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15301 in that it involves existing facilities. The construction of new trail segments is categorically exempt pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15304 in that it involves a minor alteration of land.
