Document Description
The project proposes to repair the instability of approximately 300 feet of the west bank of the Napa River in Oakville, Napa County, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 031-020-007 and 008. The upper portion of the bank will be sloped back at 2:1 ratio and a cellular confinement system (Geowebb) will be installed, backfilled with native soil, and revegetated with native riparian vegetation. The banks will be revegetated in accordance with Opus I Revegetation Plan submitted with the application. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 0956-99 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
