Document Description
The proposed variance authorizes transportation, consolidation and storage. The variance authorizes transportation of wastes from the LBUSD schools to the facility without a manifest or use of a registered transporter, under specified conditions. At the facility, the variance authorizes temporary (up to 90 days) storage of the wastes received, and consolidation of certain of those wastes, under specified conditions.
