Repair damage to bridge supports on existing bridge. Rebar stabilizers will be attached by hand to existing foundation. Wooden forms will be placed around the base of the supports. Approximately 3 cubic yards of concrete will be pumped into forms. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1371 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
