This project will provide 6900 square feet of theater and support space. This will be a single story structure including the 250-seat theater space, public lobby, toilet facilities, and actor dressing room space. The beneficiaries of the project are California State University, Los Angeles, especially the students, faculty, and staff. The local community who will have access to performances within the facilities will also benefit.
