Document Description
Juliana Vineyards purchased Parcel 43, which is located adjacent to the existing place of use covered under the subject water rights and other rights held by Juliana Vineyards. Petitions for Change were submitted on August 15, 1997 for the ten water right licenses listed above to consolidate the place of use under all of the rights and to correct the description of water storage under License 8166. The water rights associated with these licenses allow diversions from Pope Creek and/or tributaries thereto.
