Document Description
The project proposes to construct a concrete channel and a rip rap channel from an existing State's 30 inches concrete steel pipe to the existing City unlined channel (Armory Road Channel) to prevent further erosion on City property due to increased water flow. An energy dissipater will be constructed in the concrete channel to decrease water velocity, as described in the submitted application. The construction area is disturbed, and the vegetation consists of sparse grasses and shrubs.
