The project is approval of an interim measure workplan to excavate soils impacted by solvents and petroleum hydrocarbons. The goal of the interim measure workplan is designed to remove soils contaminated by high concentrations of Tetracloroethene (PCE) to limit potential worker exposure and migration to groundwater until a final remedy for the site is developed.
