Document Description
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) will lease approximately 9,948 sq. ft. of existing office space at 180 Grand Avenue, Oakland CA. The space will house approximately 50 CPUC employees from the Legal Division, Administrative Law Judge Division, Energy, Telecommunications, and support staff. The lease space will have a reception area, three conference rooms, storage and supply rooms. The facility will not provide full service to the public, therefore, foot traffic will be minimal. Onsite parking will be limited to State vehicles and will include one handicap parking space. The project site is located within walking distance of public transit.
