Document Description
Approximately 1 to 3 feet of arsenic-contaminated soil and sediment will be removed from approximately 120 linear feet of the creekbed, banks, and overland areas east of Castro Street to the railroad tracks. Clean fill dirt will replace the removed material thus restoring the area to its pre-project configuration. Native upland, riparian, and wetland plants will be planted to reestablish habitats. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0203 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
