Document Description
The California Department of Development Services will lease approximately 2,075 square feet of existing buildings within the Fairview Developmental Center in the City of Costa Mesa. The proposed location is at 2501 Harbor Boulevard, and would provide a licensed 4-bed group home for developmentally disabled children. This lease would facilitate an alternative community treatment program. Only minor interior alterations and repairs are necessary. The buildings are located within the existing premises of the Fairview Developmental Center and will require no new parking or infrastructure change to existing roads or parking spaces.
